General Conditions of Sale and Terms
1. Scope of application
- These conditions apply to all offers of goods and services distributed on the website www.cards-xyz.eu by CARDS-XYZ S.R.L.S. Unipersonale (COMPANY).
- The customer accepts these conditions by accepting the contractual declaration.
- Other contractual conditions are expressly excluded.
2. Conclusion of the contract
- The contract is concluded with the purchaser upon completion of the purchase procedure for one or more products or services on the website.
3. Prices
- The COMPANY reserves the right to correct the prices initially offered due to cost variations (e.g. raw material fluctuations).
- The prices indicated on the site are for informational purposes only and may be modified in the official offer.
- Prices include VAT, but shipping costs must be added (unless otherwise specified).
- A surcharge may apply for other regions, countries, or in case of delivery to different addresses.
4. Payment terms
- The purchase price is due at the time of order (conclusion of contract or order confirmation).
- Payment precedes the start of production of the order (product reservation).
- Accepted payments: instant bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
- Fees for instant bank transfers from abroad are borne by the purchaser.
- In case of late payment (for accepted deferred payments), the following apply:
- Penalty: 6% of the total invoice amount (excluding VAT).
- Late payment interest: 4.5%.
5. Delivery and refusal of acceptance
- Delivery is made within a maximum of 45 days from receipt of payment, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
- The COMPANY reserves the right to extend this term in case of unforeseen circumstances (stock exhaustion, production problems, etc.) without compensation.
- Delivery is made by the courier to the ground floor of the building.
- The customer undertakes to check the good condition of their order at the time of receipt and to report in writing any damage on the delivery note. In the absence of such written indication, receipt constitutes acceptance.
- In case of refusal to accept the goods, the purchaser must communicate it within 3 working days via email to spedizioni@cards-xyz.eu, attaching photos.
- If the customer is absent or provides an incorrect address, they will bear the return and re-shipping costs.
6. Retention of title
- If the order is not fully paid, what has been ordered remains of full property of the COMPANY and will not be delivered.
7. Absence of warranty and conformity
- Representations of products (size and color) may differ from delivered products due to photo/screen resolution and size.
- The goods are compliant if they correspond to what is represented and meet the specifications reported in the draft. Website photos are not contractual.
- In case of defective or damaged goods, the COMPANY may choose to repair the damage or make a replacement delivery.
8. Data Protection Information
- Personal data (name, address, e-mail, etc.) are stored and processed by the COMPANY for the execution of orders and for its own marketing purposes.
- The purchaser consents to the sending of advertising information, including via e-mail.
- It is possible to revoke consent at any time by sending an e-mail to privacy@cards-xyz.eu.
9. Competent Court
- In transactions with professionals or final purchasers, the exclusive competent court is the court of Messina (Italy).

Accuracy Information
- The COMPANY is not responsible for errors or costs incurred as a result of references to the contents provided ("as is").
- The COMPANY is not responsible for maintaining backup copies or loss of documents sent by customers.
Copyright Information
- The COMPANY owns all copyright rights and any other intellectual property rights on all items sold. It acts as publisher and distributor.
Third Party Information
- The inclusion of third-party references or links does not imply endorsement or relationship with the COMPANY.
Refund Information
- Since the products are custom-made and exclusive, all sales cannot be cancelled, disputed or refunded once production has started.
- In case of production-related defects, problems must be brought to attention within 7 days of delivery.
Payment and Refusal to Pay Information
- All payments must be made in euros.
- The COMPANY reserves the right to charge any fees associated with the order at any time, even after delivery.
- In case of a chargeback against the COMPANY, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover associated costs.
- In case of payment by debit card, the use of a credit card is recommended to avoid temporary authorization ("hold").
About Turnover (Rotation Times)
- The COMPANY does not guarantee the delivery date of any order. Times provided are estimates only.
- Orders may be delayed for a variety of reasons (weather conditions, labor, government inspections, etc.).
- If expedited delivery is requested, expedited shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Transport
- The COMPANY is not responsible for inaccurate or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- It is strongly recommended to use an address where someone can receive the goods during normal working hours.
- If an item is damaged as a result of shipping, the customer must contact the COMPANY as soon as possible.
